We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving it. Simply ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging. Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping.

If there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photos or videos of the issue and will work with you to replace the faulty items or provide you with a refund of the affected items.

Returns process

2. Return your items:
   Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for the costs for return shipping.
   
3. Refunds:
   Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your chosen return method either as a store credit or to your original payment method.
