What are silk florals?

High-quality, artificial flowers and foliage designed to look incredibly realistic, crafted from materials like polyester and rayon. 

What is real touch flowers?

Real touch flowers not only look incredibly real, they also feel real. It's often difficult to distinguish them from real flowers. Not all silk flowers are real touch flowers. 

Are your faux flowers realistic looking?

Absolutely! Our faux flowers are crafted with incredible attention to detail, mimicking the look and feel of real blooms. From lifelike petals to realistic textures and colours, they are virtually indistinguishable from fresh flowers.

What materials are your faux flowers made from?

Our flowers are made from premium materials including silk, latex, and real-touch fabric, ensuring a high-quality, lifelike appearance that stands the test of time.

Will the colours fade?

Avoid direct and regular sunlight to prevent fading. Through proper care, colour should not fade. Dark colours may transfer to lighter coloured florals so avoid storing them together in tight spaces. 

Will they change in shape or form?

Our faux florals are made with strong materials that is made to last a long time. To preserve their normal shape, avoid compressing them in tight spaces and bending them overly out of shape. When in storage, keep them away from direct heat and light, such as a closet. Make sure you space items properly when packing.  

Do your flowers have a scent?

Our faux flowers are unscented, making them a perfect option for those with fragrance sensitivities or allergies. If you love a floral scent, simply add a few drops of essential oil to the petals!

How do I take care of them?

Keep your faux florals looking fresh by dusting them weekly with a microfiber cloth, feather duster, or a cool-setting hairdryer. Are your faux flowers safe for pets and children?

Yes! Unlike many real flowers that can be toxic to pets and children, our faux flowers are completely safe, giving you peace of mind while keeping your home beautiful.

 

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes! Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $150. Orders under $150 have a flat shipping fee of $15.95.

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped via Australia Post. From the day after dispatch:

• NSW: 1–3 business days
• All other states & territories: 2-6 business days

Need it faster? Express shipping is available for $8.95 (orders over $150) or $24.90 (orders under $150), with delivery in 1–2+ business days for NSW and 1–3+ business days for other states.

Do you ship internationally? Currently we only ship within Australia.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. Simply click the link or enter the tracking number on our tracking page to get real-time updates.

 

Returns & exchanges

What's your return policy? 

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving it. Simply ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging. Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping.

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

If there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photos or videos of the issue and will work with you to replace the faulty items or provide you with a refund of the affected items.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your chosen return method either as a store credit or to your original payment method.
